Wear scarves with button down shirts, tees, turtlenecks, suiting, sweatshirts...be creative!
Trend to try: Tie a scarf in a simple knot around the handle of your handbag or tote. Gives your outfit color & pop without dedicating yourself to actually wearing the scarf.
Best tip: Base your selection on your style & your flair. You are not a celebrity so don't just do what they do...make your own fashion statement!
My favorite pieces are from echo design but I always find great pieces on eBay, Forever21, UrbanOutfitters, vintage shops & yes even grandma's closet! Keep your eyes open for sales & when you see a scarf that catches your eye....Tie one on!

Oh wow! And I just passed up buying a scarf on sale at JCrew. Dang! But I did buy one while at a business conference and it got compliments among the drab gray and tan suits milling around with paper cups of coffee in their hands :)
